Sam Saladino is the Chief Compliance Officer at Trinity Investment Management, LLC. He has over 20 years of investment management experience and is a recognized leader in Catholic values and faith-informed investing.

In 2005, Sam founded Trinity Fiduciary Partners, LLC — which would become Trinity Investment Management, LLC in 2023 — to better serve Catholic clients. In support of that vision, he developed the Faith & Family Values Scorecard® to align client portfolios with Catholic teaching.

Prior to founding Trinity, Sam was a financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial Planning from 1995 to 2004.

Sam is the Finance Committee Chairman at Nolan Catholic High School and is a board member of the Fort Worth Chapter of Legatus.

Sam received his BBA from Baylor University. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife and children.
